What You'll Do11

  • 1Abide by GAAP/IFRS standards and comply with internal control policies
  • 2Perform inventory-related general ledger reconciliations and accruals
  • 3Partner with Supply Chain to update inventory costing methodologies
  • 4Monitor landed cost components including freight and tariffs
  • 5Execute annual physical inventory procedures and reconcile variances
  • 6Resolve supplier invoicing discrepancies and coordinate payments
  • 7Lead budgeting and forecasting for inventory financial items
  • 8Conduct monthly variance analyses for inventory balance sheets
  • 9Develop and implement process improvements in accounting workflows
  • 10Participate in ERP system upgrades and software modernization projects
  • 11Serve as primary point of contact for internal/external inventory audits

Requirements9

  • 1Bachelor’s Degree in accounting with CPA preferred
  • 2Minimum 5 years accounting experience in pharma sector
  • 3Strong expertise in Microsoft D365 F&O or similar ERP systems
  • 4Proven knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS principles
  • 5Experience with inventory accounting and cost of goods sold calculations
  • 6Analytical mindset with process improvement focus
