What You'll Do9
- 1Manage and coordinate nursing and support staff to ensure patient care meets hospital standards
- 2Maintain continuity of care across all shifts for large units
- 3Ensure proper staffing levels through evaluation and schedule modifications
- 4Prepare and adjust work schedules to guarantee coverage
- 5Approve paid time off sick time and leave of absence requests
- 6Develop and implement policies procedures goals for assigned areas
- 7Conduct regular rounds on assigned units to verify quality care
- 8Hold staff meetings to align planning and execution of patient care
- 9Lead efforts to improve labor and delivery outcomes
Requirements6
- 1Graduate of an approved nursing school with BSN preferred
- 2Current licensure in the state of placement
- 3Compact licensure preferred with ability to obtain additional licensure
- 45+ years experience building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 5Expertise in AWS Certified solutions
- 6Proven leadership of teams in healthcare settings
