What You'll Do6
- 1Design and implement API based integration solutions between proprietary orthodontic systems and external healthcare apps to improve data flow
- 2Optimize data integrity through regular audits and issue resolution, ensuring a seamless patient and provider experience
- 3Drive process innovation by identifying opportunities to speed up and improve accuracy of integrations
- 4Test and validate integration solutions to ensure high performance and reliability under diverse conditions
- 5Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, product, and clinical teams to align integration work with organizational goals
- 6Document integration architectures, workflows, and maintenance procedures for ongoing support and onboarding

- 1Proven experience in clinical operations within the orthodontic industry
- 2Strong proficiency in APIs, EDI standards, and integration platforms
- 3Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex systems and develop efficient solutions
