Integration Project Manager, HCM & Payroll Systems
Overview
The Integration Project Manager will own end-to-end integrations at scale for AllianceHCM's cloud platform, coordinating with clients and vendors to deliver seamless data flows. You will lead technical discovery, design custom workflows, and ensure successful deployment and ongoing support. You'll work with a cross-functional team including engineering, product, and customer success in a collaborative, onsite environment.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build and lead technical discovery with third party vendors to design integration workflows that meet business needs
- 2Configure and develop integrations using APIs webhooks and middleware ensuring connectivity between AllianceHCM and external platforms
- 3Own the full lifecycle of integration projects from scoping requirements through testing deployment and post launch support
- 4Serve as primary technical liaison between client IT teams and internal engineering and product departments to resolve complex challenges
- 5Manage multiple high priority integrations simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines
- 6Collaborate with software developers QA engineers and customer success teams to ensure high quality integrations
- 7Debug troubleshoot and map data between disparate systems to ensure accurate data synchronization
- 8Drive validation and QA processes and coordinate user acceptance testing with clients
- 9Document integration design specifications data mappings and operational runbooks
- 10Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to roadmaps for integrations and platform enhancements
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor's degree in computer science information systems business technology or a related field
- 2Strong understanding of RESTful APIs JSON Webhooks and authentication protocols (OAuth2 API Keys)
- 3Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non technical stakeholders clearly
- 4Experience troubleshooting data synchronization issues and mapping complex logic between disparate systems
- 5Ability to manage multiple high priority integration projects with strict deadlines
- 6Experience working with software developers QA engineers and customer success teams
- 7Preferred: proficiency in writing SQL queries to analyze large datasets
- 8Preferred: familiarity with iPaaS tools (Zapier Workato Tray.io Boomi)
- 9Preferred: experience with HCM payroll or benefits administration technology
- 10Preferred: knowledge of legacy integration methods such as SFTP fixed width CSV file transfers
- 11Preferred: experience integrating platforms with Salesforce via API or native connectors
