Integration Engineer, Boomi & Data Pipeline
Overview
Own and scale cloud and on prem integrations using Boomi AtomSphere at a mid size ESOP environment. You will connect ERP CRM data flows and data ingestion pipelines across Databricks and Azure Data Lake Storage. Work with cross functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions and maintain reliable data exchange.
What You'll Do9
- 1Design, develop, and deploy integrations using Boomi AtomSphere to connect cloud based and on prem applications
- 2Translate business requirements into technical specifications and create integration solutions
- 3Build and maintain Boomi processes, maps, and connectors for data exchange between systems
- 4Implement APIs and web services to support integration initiatives
- 5Perform unit and integration testing to ensure reliability of integrations
- 6Support and develop data ingestion pipelines moving data between source systems and our enterprise data platform (Databricks / Azure Data Lake Storage)
- 7Coordinate with ERP and CRM system owners (JD Edwards, IFS, Salesforce) for source/target mappings and reliable data exchange
- 8Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues and incidents across Boomi and data pipelines
- 9Stay up to date on Boomi features and best practices and contribute to integration standards
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 2Proven experience with Boomi AtomSphere including process building, mapping, and deployment
- 3Understanding of ELT/data pipeline concepts and how integrations feed a cloud data platform
- 4Experience with API development and web services (REST, SOAP)
- 5Proficiency in data formats such as XML, JSON, CSV
- 6Knowledge of database concepts and SQL
- 7Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- 8Strong communication and collaboration skills
- 9Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure)
- 10Nice to have: experience with Agile, Databricks Unity Catalog, Delta Lake, Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2, JD Edwards, IFS, Salesforce APIs
- 11Ability to work onsite in Pasadena, CA and adapt to a fast evolving environment
