Insurance Agent Trainee, Sales & Client Relations
Overview
You'll train to become a licensed insurance agent, building client relationships and generating new business in Otsego, MN. You'll work with a warm lead pipeline, receive hands-on mentorship, and earn uncapped commissions on top of a base salary. What You'll Do9
- 1Build relationships with prospective and existing clients through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- 2Educate customers on insurance products and coverage options, tailoring recommendations to their needs.
- 3Generate new business from warm leads, referrals, networking, and proactive outreach.
- 4Conduct insurance reviews to identify coverage gaps and cross-sell opportunities.
- 5Follow up on warm leads and sales opportunities within 24 hours to maximize conversion.
- 6Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools to track progress.
- 7Assist clients with policy changes and service requests to ensure satisfaction.
- 8Study for and pass the MN Life & Health License exam within the first 90 days.
- 9Participate in daily sales training and weekly role-play sessions to sharpen closing skills.
Requirements7
- 11+ years of experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, athletics, or leadership.
- 2Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- 3Competitive mindset with a desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
- 4Positive attitude and strong work ethic, thriving in a results-driven environment.
