What You'll Do11
- 1Advise manufacturing partners on adult learning principles and performance gaps
- 2Conduct needs analyses to recommend targeted learning interventions
- 3Partner with SMEs and stakeholders through interviews and observations
- 4Design learning using ADDIE and rapid prototyping methodologies
- 5Develop engaging practice-focused activities mirroring real manufacturing challenges
- 6Create multi-modal assets including eLearning and simulations
- 7Write instructional materials and facilitator guides translating complex concepts
- 8Partner with SMEs and content writers to validate technical accuracy
- 9Manage agile projects to meet evolving manufacturing priorities
- 10Support LMS setup and integration of learning materials
- 11Showcase portfolio demonstrating expertise in performance support tools
Requirements9
- 1Portfolio with eLearning ILT and scenario-based learning samples
- 24+ years instructional design experience in technical environments
- 3Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 4Proficiency with Articulate Vyond Camtasia Adobe Suite
- 5Strong consulting and communication skills
- 6Experience with GMS principles and workplace safety expectations
- 7Familiarity with lean continuous improvement processes
- 8Graphic design or visual storytelling background
- 9Ability to lead cross-functional projects in matrixed organizations
