What You'll Do8
- 1Follow field supervisor instructions to install doors frames and hardware including toilet accessories and lockers
- 2Work independently and with teams to deliver Division 10 product installations
- 3Handle advanced architectural grade products following manufacturer guidelines and warranties
- 4Track time and materials for each project and maintain equipment condition
- 5Train entry-level technicians on proper installation techniques
- 6Adhere to company policies ensure quality customer service and attend all training sessions
- 7Perform tasks such as assembling door systems positioning hardware and verifying compliance with specifications
- 8Operate tools and machinery safely while adhering to site safety protocols
Requirements9
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2Basic installation experience with doors frames and hardware or Division 10 products
- 3Pass background check and drug test
- 4Ability to read and use measuring tapes levels and other required tools
- 5Strong interpersonal skills and clear written verbal communication abilities
- 6Physical stamina to stand for extended periods lift items weighing 50-80 pounds
- 7Experience with physical labor including kneeling crouching stooping and reaching
- 8Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
- 9Commitment to safety and adherence to all workplace regulations
