Inside Sales Representative ADESA
Overview
ADESA seeks a proactive Inside Sales Representative to drive auction business growth. This role partners with the General Sales Manager to build client relationships and expand the auction market. Successful candidates will focus on high‑volume sales and foster collaborative teamwork.
What You'll Do11
- 1Provide prompt courteous service via phone email and text to secure auctions
- 2Resolve complaints courteously and report serious issues to management
- 3Maintain professional appearance and orderly workspace while engaging customers
- 4Arrange travel and coordinate with transportation for hotel bookings
- 5Contact dealers daily to generate new buy and sell opportunities
- 6Discuss inventory needs promotions and upcoming sales with clients
- 7Complete required calls and log activities through the CRM system
- 8Execute Sale Day tasks such as customer service IF duties block representation and reporting
- 9Build ADESA.com relationships through education and tailored service
- 10Navigate smartphone apps and website to explain products and solutions
- 11Promote core values of integrity teamwork and community involvement
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or GED required
- 2Minimum one year customer service and administrative experience
- 3Valid driver’s license and ability to operate vehicle equipment
- 4Physical stamina for light to medium labor standing walking and occasional running
- 5Excellent English communication reading writing and verbal skills
- 6Bilingual ability a plus Salesforce and Tableau experience
- 7Strong multitasking and problem‑solving abilities
- 8Ability to learn product information quickly and respond appropriately
- 9Eighteen years of age or older
- 10Dedication to teamwork and positive workplace attitude
