- 5Report all mechanical problems immediately to supervisor or designated manager
- 6Respond to accidents injuries and property loss according to company policy
- 7Maintain and assure good operating condition of all equipment and facilities
- 8Promote teamwork and practice core values at all times
- 9Assign Auction Drivers to appropriate lot areas for vehicle movement and staging
- 10Instruct Auction Drivers on vehicle positioning as directed by manager
- 11Ensure compliance with state or federal laws regarding vehicle operation and workplace safety

- 1Minimum age of eighteen years
- 2Valid driver's license and ability to operate motor vehicles
- 3Ability to work in all weather conditions
- 4Proficiency in reading English and understanding traffic signs
- 5Insurance coverage or insurability as required by state
- 6Physical capability to lift heavy objects and perform manual tasks
- 7Pass controlled substance investigation and testing
- 8No history of motor vehicle violations or criminal records non compliant with company policy
