What You'll Do9

- 5Supervise OT assistants and technicians following state regulations
- 6Mentor junior staff and students in clinical best practices

- 8Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records
- 9Ensure compliance with safety protocols and infection control standards
Requirements9
- 15+ years experience in occupational therapy settings
- 2ACCP Card certification preferred
- 3BLS and American Heart certifications current
- 4State of Florida occupational therapy license
- 5Proven ability to work independently in high pressure environments
- 6Strong communication skills for interdisciplinary collaboration
- 7Physical stamina to perform bending climbing and lifting tasks
- 8Experience with biohazardous materials and hazardous waste handling
- 9Familiarity with medical record systems and documentation requirements
