- 1Develop and implement comprehensive infection prevention policies and programs
- 2Conduct epidemiological tracking and outbreak investigations
- 3Lead clinical committees focused on quality improvement
- 4Oversee employee health services including immunizations and prophylaxis
- 5Coordinate vaccination clinics for residents and staff
- 6Manage antibiotic stewardship and documentation processes
- 7Perform NHSN reporting and maintain line listings
- 8Ensure compliance with PPE protocols and isolation procedures
- 9Monitor immunization records and enforce vaccination schedules
- 10Collaborate with staff development for education and training
- 11Participate in environmental rounds and regulatory surveys
Requirements5
- 15+ years building infection control programs with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading wound care teams
- 3Delaware RN or LPN license with willingness to obtain Infection Preventionist certification
- 4Familiarity with PCC systems and ability to master infection control software
- 5Strong interpersonal skills for leading change and promoting best practices
