- 1Assess skin conditions on new admissions using standardized tool
- 2Obtain physician orders for treatment modalities in partnership with wound care team
- 3Implement assigned treatment plans for all residents under Director of Nursing supervision
- 4Document treatments consistently review prior records ensure accurate medical records
- 5Complete weekly wound summaries respecting resident autonomy and legal requirements
- 6Consult unit manager and social worker when uncertain about appropriate actions
- 7Maintain confidentiality and adhere to state federal regulations during care delivery

- 1Graduate degree from accredited nursing school
- 2Active RN license in Pennsylvania
- 3Minimum one year wound care experience
