Industrial Engineer Actalent
Overview
Seeking an Industrial Engineer to support comprehensive analysis of current production and future product planning. IE will identify correlations between product design IE metrics quality performance and production output. Validate data accuracy build sustainable dashboards and deliver actionable insights to VME leadership (LL4/LL5) to inform business decisions.
What You'll Do8
- 1Gather consolidate assess existing IE data across plants and programs
- 2Identify and analyze correlations between IE metrics quality data and production performance
- 3Design build and maintain sustainable Power BI dashboard displaying IE metrics by Plant and Program
- 4Leverage AI tools and techniques to accelerate data gathering analysis and dashboard development
- 5Develop tools for assessing future program content and labor
- 6Collaborate with multiple data owners and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely data input
- 7Deliver regular updates insights and recommendations to LL4 and LL5 leadership within the VME organization
- 8Update tools and strategy to ensure alignment with leadership recommendations
Requirements8
- 1Bachelor of Science Engineering or related field
- 2Familiarity with the manufacturing environment and manufacturing/Industrial Engineering processes
- 3Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- 4Flexibility and adaptability to a dynamic working environment and diverse team
- 5Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 6Experience collaborating with cross functional teams
- 7Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- 8Proficiency in Power BI ability to effectively utilize AI tools to accelerate work
