What You'll Do11
- 1Optimize production processes including line balancing and cycle time reduction
- 2Design workstations and tooling to boost productivity
- 3Support SMT/THT assembly and resolve daily production challenges
- 4Monitor KPIs such as OEE and scrap rates to track performance
- 5Lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives like Kaizen and Six Sigma DMAIC
- 6Conduct time studies and workflow analyses to identify improvement areas
- 7Improve soldering and PCB assembly processes using SPC methods
- 8Support CAPA processes and maintain IPC standards compliance
- 9Enhance customer-facing quality metrics and new product introduction
- 10Perform capacity planning and optimize factory utilization
- 11Coordinate supply chain activities for material flow and scheduling
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 25+ years manufacturing or industrial engineering experience
- 35+ years electronic manufacturing in SMT/PCB environments
- 4Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma
- 5Proficiency with Excel and data visualization tools
- 6Experience with SQL and MES/ERP systems
- 7Familiarity with AutoCAD or factory layout design software
- 8Ability to analyze data and track KPIs effectively
- 9Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills
- 10Proactive mindset with adaptability and strong problem-solving abilities
