- 1Mentor plant and COE Industrial Engineers
- 2Develop future program material flow from dock to point of use
- 3Provide technical support for material flow best practices
- 4Assist plant teams in implementing material flow standards
- 5Update current materials standards and evaluate changes
- 6Train and lead workers on labor motion-based time standards
- 7Maintain central database for plant layouts and lean documentation
- 8Support design for assembly initiatives
- 9Lead manufacturing footprint establishment projects
- 10Provide technical support to Design for Assembly team
- 11Contribute to labor roadmaps to meet production goals
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor of Science in Engineering Industrial preferred
- 2Minimum 5 years industry experience automotive interiors
- 3Modapts certification or other time studies certification
- 4Strong computer skills MS Office AutoCAD
- 5Flexible work extensive travel required
- 6Extensive plant visits needed
- 7Strong leadership interpersonal skills matrix organization
- 8Excellent communication documentation skills
- 9Bachelor of Science in Engineering minimum
- 105 years industry experience
