What You'll Do11
- 1Diagnose and Repair Equipment: Troubleshoot and repair electrical mechanical pneumatic hydraulic and steam systems to ensure optimal performance
- 2Electrical & Controls: Interpret schematics and ladder logic to install and maintain 480V three-phase systems and control wiring
- 3Preventive Maintenance: Conduct scheduled and predictive maintenance on washers dryers ironers conveyors boilers and air compressors to maximize reliability
- 4Industrial Systems: Service pneumatic hydraulic compressed air steam and boiler systems while replacing components such as pumps valves cylinders and belts
- 5Documentation: Log maintenance activities work orders and equipment history in CMMS for accurate tracking and reporting
- 6Safety & Compliance: Enforce LOTO arc flash procedures and OSHA standards during all maintenance tasks
- 7Continuous Improvement: Analyze recurring issues and propose solutions to boost reliability reduce downtime and improve efficiency
- 8Project Support: Assist with equipment installations expansions and upgrades providing on-the-job training to junior technicians
- 9Team Collaboration: Partner with operations engineering and maintenance staff to resolve equipment challenges efficiently
- 10Equipment Standards: Follow manufacturer guidelines and company policies to maintain all machinery safely and effectively
- 11Material Handling: Operate forklifts scissor lifts and other equipment while adhering to safety protocols in varied environments
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing or production
- 3Associate degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology Industrial Maintenance Industrial Electronics or related field
- 4Strong knowledge of ACDC motors motor controls VFDs control panels and 480V three-phase systems
- 5Proficiency in reading electrical schematics ladder logic and mechanical drawings
- 6Experience with pneumatic hydraulic steam and boiler systems
- 7Familiarity with CMMS software preferred
- 8Knowledge of LOTO procedures and NFPA 70E electrical safety standards
- 9Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in heights confined spaces and varying temperatures
- 10Excellent troubleshooting problem-solving and communication skills
- 11Competitive hourly pay based on experience technical skills and qualifications
