What You'll Do9
- 1Assist the Receiving Manager with daily receiving administrative activities
- 2Process all receiving paperwork per company standards
- 3Maintain accurate PO transfer and delivery records
- 4Schedule carrier deliveries and create packing slips in Eclipse
- 5Reconcile receiving and transfer reports while resolving discrepancies
- 6Ensure accurate inbound documentation and follow safety standards
- 7Communicate with internal teams and vendors via email and phone
- 8Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- 9Provide clear written and verbal updates to stakeholders
Requirements8
- 1High School Diploma or GED required
- 2Proficient in Microsoft Office with working knowledge of Excel
- 3Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- 4Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
- 5Experience with inventory systems or ERP platforms such as Eclipse
- 6Prior warehouse administrative or receiving experience preferred
- 7MHE certification or ability to obtain certification preferred
- 8Pay range $22-$27 per hour
