Overview

You will own client onboarding for Judi Health's Unified Claims Processing platform, coordinating setup for employers, unions, and health plans. You'll manage tracking documents, QA mailings and benefit files, and support testing and post-launch monitoring. Working with project managers and cross-functional teams in a hybrid model (NYC, Denver, or Charlotte), you'll ensure smooth transitions for new clients. This role offers exposure to AI-powered health tech and the chance to build foundational processes as the company scales.

What You'll Do8

  • 1Set up initial client accounts and hand off to project managers, ensuring all data is accurate and ready for onboarding.
  • 2Maintain and update project tracking documents, including checklists, timelines, and status reports.
  • 3Conduct QA reviews of member mailings, benefit documents, and critical file loads, catching errors before clients see them.
  • 4Coordinate ongoing review and updates of team SOPs and job aides, keeping processes current and clear.
  • 5Write critical meeting notes and distribute them to stakeholders, capturing decisions and action items.
  • 6Review benefit testing outputs and post go-live claims monitoring, flagging anomalies for resolution.
  • 7Serve in a limited client-facing capacity, answering questions and providing status updates as needed.
  • 8Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support general implementation needs, including data validation and system checks.

  • 1High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • 3Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment, staying productive and meeting deadlines.
  • 4Self-motivated and detail-oriented problem solver who can manage multiple competing priorities.
  • 5Have a designated workspace that is secure and free from noise during work hours.
  • 6Have internet connectivity with DSL, cable modem, or fiber and a wired connection (no wi-fi), with speeds of 940 Mbps or higher.
