What You'll Do9
- 1Lead sustainment and enhancement of HxGN EAM configurations to support evolving business needs.
- 2Debug system issues and implement fixes to maintain high availability and performance.
- 3Drive integration of HxGN EAM with other enterprise systems to streamline asset data flows.
- 4Own the change management process for HxGN EAM updates, ensuring minimal disruption.
- 5Support business process mapping and recommend HxGN EAM solutions to optimize workflows.
- 6Design and implement HxGN EAM workflows and forms to improve user adoption.
- 7Scale system capacity and monitor health to meet operational SLAs.
- 8Ship documentation and training for administrators and end users.
- 9Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
Requirements8
- 15+ years of hands-on HxGN EAM administration and configuration experience.
- 2Strong understanding of asset management processes such as maintenance, work orders, and inventory.
- 3Proficiency in SQL for querying and reporting within HxGN EAM.
- 4Experience with HxGN EAM integration tools and APIs.
- 5Ability to lead projects and mentor junior team members.
- 6Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- 7Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- 8HxGN EAM certification preferred.
