What You'll Do10

  • 1Build and execute on-site repairs and preventive maintenance to meet customer expectations and DOC requirements
  • 2Respond to service calls within scope and timeframes, providing documentation via handheld device
  • 3Order parts, manage inventory, and locate parts quickly to shorten repair time
  • 4Travel to customer locations and arrive prepared with tools, parts, and safety equipment
  • 5Maintain safety compliance, OSHA regulations, and PPE standards during all tasks
  • 6Provide cost effective service while upholding high quality standards
  • 7Maintain professional communication with customers and DSM, offering recommendations when applicable
  • 8Document all work performed, test results, and follow-up actions
  • 9Return parts and perform inventory reconciliation as scheduled
  • 10Collaborate with technical support on complex repairs to minimize downtime

Requirements10

  • 1High school diploma or GED required
  • 2Minimum two years of equipment repair experience or equivalent training
  • 3Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge and ability to read schematics
  • 4Proficiency with Microsoft Office and call management software
  • 5Knowledge of safety regulations related to equipment repair
  • 6Strong organizational skills, self-motivated, detail oriented
  • 7Valid driver’s license and clean driving record with proof of insurance
  • 8Satisfactory background check and professional appearance and attitude
  • 9Excellent written, verbal, and electronic communication skills
  • 10Ability to stand, bend, drive for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work at heights over 6 ft
