Overview
Own residential HVAC service and repair for a growing team in the Exton, PA area. Diagnose and fix furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and water heaters across 40+ weekly hours. What You'll Do7
- 1Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and boilers
- 2Perform routine maintenance, service calls, and system startups with full documentation
- 3Communicate repair options and secure customer approvals for system improvements
- 4Collect payments and complete all required paperwork after each job
- 5Order materials and manage daily service schedules to meet commitments
- 6Maintain a professional appearance and follow safe work practices on every call
- 7Participate in ongoing training to stay current with HVAC technology
Requirements7
- 12+ years residential HVAC service experience required, 3+ years preferred
- 2EPA Certification strongly preferred
- 3Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for complex systems
- 4Clear communication and customer service skills for home interactions
- 5Ability to work independently and manage time across multiple calls
- 6Physically lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs, climb ladders at 8+ ft, and kneel or crawl
- 7Eligibility to work in the United States and pass drug screen and background check
