What You'll Do7
- 1Diagnose and resolve complex issues across AC heat pumps ductless mini splits RTUs boilers and hot water heaters
- 2Perform routine maintenance and annual servicing for diverse HVAC equipment
- 3Consult with customers on upgrade options and IQA accessory recommendations
- 4Ship and install new systems while adhering to safety standards
- 5Maintain detailed service records and ensure compliance with industry best practices
- 6Collaborate with team members to meet high performance targets
- 7Utilize advanced diagnostic tools to identify root causes efficiently
Requirements7
- 15+ years experience troubleshooting repairing and servicing HVAC systems
- 23-5 seasons working in residential or small commercial environments
- 3EPA Universal Certification current requirement
- 4Valid driver’s license with clean driving history
- 5Personal tool kit including hand tools and power drill
- 6Education from HVAC trade school or relevant certification preferred
- 7High school diploma or equivalent qualification
