You will own HVAC maintenance and repair across multiple JLL client sites in the Carolinas, including rooftops and mechanical rooms. What You'll Do7

  • 1Maintain and repair HVAC systems, including chillers, air handling units, condensers, exhaust fans, boilers, and hot water pumps.
  • 2Execute preventive maintenance: clean, inspect, calibrate, and replace parts to keep HVAC equipment at peak performance.
  • 3Record equipment readings and adjust controls to ensure proper operation of Building Automation / Control Systems.
  • 4Comply with hazardous materials storage and disposal policies, and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
  • 5Inspect and inventory tools and instruments, and coordinate with vendors and contractors for quality maintenance work.
  • 6Travel to assigned sites across Asheville, Charlotte, Fort Mill, and Greenville, including overnight stays as needed.
  • 7Review client service requests to identify recurring operational issues and improve maintenance strategies.

  • 1EPA Section 608 Technician Certification for handling refrigerants.
  • 2ODS Ozone Depleting Substance EPA Certification.
  • 3Fall Protection Certification.
  • 4Lifting Equipment Certification if operating powered industrial trucks.
  • 5Confined Space Certification if applicable.
  • 6State or local HVAC licensing as required.
  • 7Demonstrated experience in HVAC maintenance and repair.
  • 8Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in mechanical rooms and rooftops.
  • 9Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and travel to multiple sites.
