What You'll Do6
- 1Perform routine and emergency repairs on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- 2Turnover vacant units for new move-ins, completing 'make-readies' from start to finish.
- 3Conduct move-in, move-out, and property onboarding audits to document condition.
- 4Audit work completed by external vendors to verify quality and code compliance.
- 5Manage service tasks via mobile apps, including logging work orders and posting legal notices.
- 6Drive to local properties daily, completing physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.
