What You'll Do8

  • 1Handle plumbing calls and perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems in residential settings.
  • 2Diagnose and resolve issues with air conditioning and heating units, ensuring reliable operation.
  • 3Maintain all company tools and your assigned truck in proper working order, including inventory and cleanliness.
  • 4Respond promptly and professionally to service requests, providing solutions that meet customer expectations.
  • 5Participate in the on-call rotation and work after-hours and weekends as needed to cover emergency calls.
  • 6Communicate with customers and dispatch to clarify issues and schedule follow-up visits when parts are required.
  • 7Adhere to safety protocols and company policies during every service call, reducing risk and liability.
  • 8Complete service reports and documentation for each job, capturing parts used and time spent.

Requirements5

  • 13+ years of experience as a residential service technician with HVAC systems.
  • 2Willingness to work after hours, weekends, and participate in an on-call rotation.
  • 3Own your hand tools and specialty tools related to the field, including gauges and recovery equipment.
  • 4Valid driver's license and a clean driving record to operate assigned company vehicles.
  • 5Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces such as attics and crawl spaces.
