What You'll Do5
- 1Build and perform preventive maintenance on hvac systems and building systems to reduce downtime
- 2Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair hvac equipment including boilers, chillers, rooftops and exhaust systems to meet safety standards
- 3Replace filters, belts, motors, thermostats, and other components to maintain system performance
- 4Schedule and document work orders and maintenance activities using School Dude or other platforms
- 5Respond to maintenance work orders and emergency repairs ensuring timely resolutions

- 1EPA certification
- 2Commercial HVAC experience
- 3Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks
- 4Strong diagnostic skills and problem solving
- 5Proactive communication and teamwork across facilities and operations
