You will own the full sales and service cycle in Franklin, IN, inspecting residential and light commercial HVAC equipment and presenting tailored replacement solutions. What You'll Do8
- 1Inspect residential and light commercial HVAC systems in customer homes to diagnose issues and recommend repair or replacement options.
- 2Build rapport with homeowners by explaining technical findings in clear terms and offering the best HVAC solutions for their needs.
- 3Prepare accurate quotes and close sales for system replacements, upgrades, and add-ons, hitting monthly revenue targets.
- 4Coordinate with office staff to schedule appointments, order parts, and ensure seamless follow-up.
- 5Stay current on HVAC technology and Trane and Carrier product lines to recommend the most efficient systems.
- 6Document all work and customer interactions in the service management system within 24 hours.
- 7Drive to customer locations across Franklin and surrounding areas with a professional appearance and a clean, stocked van.
- 8Collect payment and customer feedback at time of service to maintain 100% satisfaction rating.
Requirements8
- 13+ years of hands-on HVAC technician experience, including troubleshooting and repair.
- 2Proven sales track record with ability to close $50K+ in annual replacement sales.
- 3Strong communication skills to explain technical issues to diverse audiences.
- 4Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- 5Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- 6Must pass a background check with no felonies or pending felonies.
- 7Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawlspaces, and confined spaces.
- 8Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed during peak seasons.
