What You'll Do11
- 1Coordinate daily HVAC service maintenance and installation schedules
- 2Dispatch technicians adjusting schedules based on priority and workload
- 3Communicate with customers about scheduling job status and estimates
- 4Support technicians with job planning and equipment needs
- 5Review job notes photos estimates parts lists invoices and work orders for accuracy
- 6Ensure technicians follow safety standards and quality expectations
- 7Assist with ordering equipment parts and materials coordinating with vendors
- 8Track jobs from initial call through completion billing and follow up
- 9Monitor progress callbacks customer concerns productivity and profitability
- 10Work with management to improve processes training scheduling and performance
- 11Handle warranty claims equipment registrations permits and inspection scheduling
Requirements6
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Strong organizational communication and coordination skills
- 3Basic understanding of HVAC systems service work and department operations
- 4Experience with scheduling software tablets computers email and basic office systems
- 5Valid driver’s license required
- 6Ability to make decisions solve problems and keep jobs moving efficiently
Salary Insight
$58 - $67k per year
