  • 2Support development refinement promotion of workforce development initiatives rotational assignment program training opportunities mentoring coordination up to six diversity events per year foster continuous learning
  • 3Design implement processes collect analyze HC data produce research reports studies measure intellectual capital support data driven decisions
  • 4Provide administrative support prepare briefings track issues plan meetings coordinate content development for ONR Human Capital websites iConnect multimedia capabilities
  • 5Analyze current operational policies procedures processes build consensus among stakeholders

  • 1Strong analytical organizational communication skills
  • 2Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast paced environment
  • 3Ability to conduct analysis of operational policies procedures processes
  • 4Prior experience operating in multi tasking diverse environment
  • 5Experience building consensus among stakeholders
  • 6Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management Labor Relations or related field eight years Human Capital analysis support experience
  • 7Desired Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field
