HR Generalist USA Lacrosse
Overview
USA Lacrosse seeks an experienced Human Resource Generalist to support HR operations and administration. This role provides direct partnership with the Director of Human Resources delivering comprehensive HR support across policies processes and employee relations. The position emphasizes diversity equity and inclusion within a mission driven non profit environment.
What You'll Do11
- 1Partner with the Director to provide HR support for all policies processes and employee concerns
- 2Administer HR processes and programs such as benefits recruitment onboarding and performance management
- 3Maintain employee data in ADP ensuring compliance and confidentiality
- 4Interpret HR policies advise managers on compliance and escalate matters to leadership
- 5Assist with offboarding processes monitor turnover analyze patterns and recommend solutions
- 6Support recruitment and talent acquisition manage full cycle hiring and ATS optimization
- 7Own new hire onboarding coordinate orientation setup and compliance training
- 8Prepare and process multi state payroll and reconcile GL entries
- 9Create run and distribute HR reports for audits and workforce planning
- 10Troubleshoot payroll system issues and coordinate with providers
- 11Oversee benefits plans including enrollment and open enrollment support
Requirements10
- 13 to 5 years HR experience administrative and employee support roles
- 2Professional certification such as PHR or SPHR preferred
- 3Nonprofit or association background a plus
- 4Proficiency with HRIS systems like ADP and multi state payroll processing
- 5Strong knowledge of payroll tax regulations and compliance
- 6Experience with Microsoft 365 and Salesforce systems
- 7Ability to work in hybrid environment occasional nights weekends
- 8Excellent communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships
- 9Confidentiality and discretion with sensitive employee information
- 10Flexibility to align with USA Lacrosse mission and values
Salary Insight
