Atwell seeks an HR Employee Experience Coordinator to lead employee experience initiatives across its Detroit based organization. This role supports HR Business Partners with employee lifecycle management and offboarding processes. What You'll Do11

  • 1Support HR Business Partners with employee lifecycle changes including promotions transfers compensation adjustments title changes reporting changes resignations and other updates
  • 2Coordinate resignation and offboarding processes documentation key dates employee leader follow up and completion of required HR steps
  • 3Schedule and conduct exit interviews documenting feedback and identifying themes for HRBP follow up
  • 4Coordinate employee experience touchpoints such as 90 day surveys and one year check ins
  • 5Maintain accurate HR trackers documentation electronic employee records and process files
  • 6Assist HRBPs with administrative tasks employee follow up communication drafts and process checklists
  • 7Track deadlines and open action items across multiple HR processes ensuring timely completion
  • 8Handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion
  • 9Follow established HR procedures and suggest process improvements
  • 10Support corporate services initiatives and other projects
  • 11Conduct structured conversations including exit interviews and offboarding discussions

Requirements12

  • 11+ year experience in Human Resources employee support customer service operations or related fields
  • 2Strong verbal and written communication skills professional judgment and discretion
  • 3Exceptional attention to detail with focus on employee information accuracy
  • 4Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and follow through
  • 5Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook Teams Excel SharePoint OneDrive
  • 6Experience with HRIS systems such as ADP Workforce Now
  • 7Familiarity with automation tools like Power Automate or Copilot
  • 8Associates or bachelor degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
  • 9Interest in pursuing HR certifications such as SHRM CP or PHR
  • 10Preference for candidates with prior HR coordination or HRBP support experience
  • 11Experience with employee tracking software and basic Excel formulas
  • 12Comfortable conducting sensitive conversations with employees and leaders
