Overview
Own cleaning and upkeep across resident apartments and community spaces at scale in a senior living setting. Join MBK Senior Living on a full-time schedule Sun-Thurs 6:30-3 at $17.50/hr onsite in Phoenix. What You'll Do10
- 1Build thorough cleaning routines for resident apartments, common areas, and offices to a high standard
- 2Design and implement safety and sanitation practices following PPE and SDS guidelines
- 3Maintain waste management and housekeeping supply workflows, ensuring secure storage of chemicals
- 4Partner with team members to deliver resident-centered service and respond to requests or repair needs
- 5Support resident experience and marketing efforts by modeling a positive, professional image
- 6Perform resident laundry services and assist with mobility-related tasks as needed
- 7Follow regulatory compliance requirements and report health, safety, and sanitation concerns
- 8Keep workspaces tidy and equipment properly stored after tasks
- 9Contribute to a cooperative team culture through open communication and collaboration
- 10Adhere to company policies and procedures and participate in training and development programs
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or GED preferred
- 2Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience in a similar setting preferred
- 3Must be 18 years or older and able to pass background clearances and health screenings
- 4Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push up to 250 pounds
- 5Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, and walking
