Housekeeper, Property Management & Community Spaces
Overview
Own the upkeep of residential and common areas for a large portfolio of associations and communities. You will maintain clean, sanitary spaces across multiple buildings, meeting safety and security standards. You will join a customer‑centric operations team focused on reliable, quality service and consistent housekeeping excellence. This role emphasizes hands‑on cleaning, coordination for events, and collaboration with property teams to keep spaces welcoming.
What You'll Do9
- 1Clean and sanitize floors, surfaces and fixtures to maintain a tidy environment.
- 2Vacuum carpets and draperies and perform spot cleaning where needed to maintain appearance.
- 3Make up beds, change linens, and tidy rooms for daily operations and guest readiness.
- 4Set up spaces for events and meetings with attention to detail and safety.
- 5Respond to housekeeping requests, spills and safety concerns in a timely manner.
- 6Restock carts and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in safe working order.
- 7Wash windows and maintain glass surfaces to preserve visibility and cleanliness.
- 8Handle laundry tasks including washing, ironing, folding and organizing linens.
- 9Ensure confidentiality and security of resident rooms and follow company safety procedures.
Requirements9
- 1High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
- 2Knowledge of cleaning products and sanitation techniques
- 3Knowledge of laundry equipment and ironing methods
- 4Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- 5Physical stamina and mobility to reach, kneel, bend, lift and push/pull up to about 30lbs
- 6Strong written and verbal communication skills for interactions with staff and clients
- 7Ability to work onsite in La Jolla, CA and follow company safety rules
- 8Experience in property management or residential cleaning is a plus
