Overview
You will maintain a clean, healthy environment for residents and staff at our award-winning Luxury Senior Living community in Weston, FL. Working with a team of 5+ housekeeping professionals, you'll ensure all apartments, public areas, and amenities meet the highest standards of hygiene and safety. This role stands out for its focus on memory care residents, where your attention to detail directly enhances their quality of life.
What You'll Do6
- 1Clean apartments, public areas, and amenities including restrooms, elevators, stairways, offices, and pool areas.
- 2Dust all furniture, lamps, TVs, pictures, window edges, blinds, and air conditioner vents.
- 3Polish and scrub showers, sinks, mirrors, and other fixtures to a shine.
- 4Keep the facility free of hazards and ensure equipment and work areas are orderly at all times.
- 5Transport trash to designated disposal areas.
- 6Wash personal clothing for residents as required.
Requirements6
- 12+ years of housekeeping experience in a hotel or healthcare setting.
- 2High school degree or equivalent preferred.
- 3Must communicate effectively in English.
- 4Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and emergency shifts.
- 5Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- 6Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
