Overview
You will own the cleanliness and sanitation of a 200-resident rehabilitation and long-term care center in Arlington. What You'll Do6
- 1Clean and service patient rooms, baths, offices, dining rooms, and ancillary areas to maintain a spotless environment.
- 2Sanitize high-touch surfaces and floors to minimize infection risk and promote safety for patients, families, and staff.
- 3Restock supplies and ensure each room is presentation-ready for new admissions and daily operations.
- 4Follow infection control protocols and report maintenance issues to supervisors promptly.
- 5Collaborate with nursing and administrative teams to address cleaning needs in a timely manner.
- 6Maintain cleaning equipment and report any malfunctions to ensure uninterrupted service.
Requirements6
- 1Prior housekeeping experience preferred.
- 2Prior healthcare experience preferred.
- 3Ability to read and write and follow simple oral and written instructions.
- 4Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums and floor buffers.
- 5Ability to communicate effectively with staff and residents.
- 6Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift as required for cleaning tasks.
Salary Insight
