You will own cleaning and sanitation operations across Wind Crest, a 84-acre gated retirement community in Denver. You will use industrial floor care equipment and housekeeping vehicles to maintain safe, spotless spaces for residents. What You'll Do8
- 1Operate carpet extractors, floor burnishers, and scrubbers to maintain hard and soft flooring.
- 2Dispose of waste and recycling, following safety protocols for handling and transport.
- 3Set up rooms and furniture based on work orders, ensuring accuracy and resident satisfaction.
- 4Move heavy objects and packages, assisting with deliveries across the community.
- 5Strip, wax, and finish hard floors to a high shine, using proper chemicals and techniques.
- 6Spot clean and extract carpets, responding to stains and spills within 24 hours.
- 7Drive housekeeping vehicles safely within the gated community, following traffic rules.
- 8Track maintenance requests and report equipment issues to the supervisor promptly.
Requirements7
- 13+ years of verifiable licensed driving experience with a clean motor vehicle record.
- 21+ years of experience in commercial housekeeping, including carpet and floor care.
- 3Ability to operate carpet care equipment, floor care machinery, and trash compactors safely.
- 4Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- 5Flexibility to adjust schedules and handle urgent resident requests.
- 6Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.
- 7High school diploma or equivalent; certification in floor care is a plus.
