- 5Maintain food safety and sanitation standards across all operations
- 6Adapt to rotating schedules including nights and weekends in a dynamic retail environment
- 7Perform physical tasks such as standing walking bending and lifting up to 50 pounds
- 8Drive operational excellence through strong communication and analytical skills
Requirements9
- 1Minimum age 18 with one year of relevant experience
- 2Completion of store or department training programs
- 3Valid food safety certification
- 4Advanced interpersonal and verbal written communication abilities
- 5Proven leadership and management experience
- 6Ability to work flexible hours including extended shifts and overtime
- 7Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- 8Experience with MS Office and H EB systems
- 9Willingness to adapt to stressful situations and manage change
