Overview
You will own the guest experience at a brand-new Radisson property in Philadelphia, managing check-ins, reservations, and billing for a high-volume downtown hotel. You will work with a tight-knit front office team and report directly to the Front Office Manager. What You'll Do6
- 1Register and assign rooms to guests using Opera PMS and verify identification and payment methods.
- 2Confirm phone and online reservations through Booking.com, Expedia, and direct channels.
- 3Respond to guest needs, requests, and complaints during check-in and check-out.
- 4Collect payment from departing guests and process credit card transactions accurately.
- 5Keep records of occupied rooms and guest details in property management system.
- 6Communicate pertinent guest information to housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage departments.
Requirements6
- 11+ years of experience in customer service or front desk roles, preferably in hotels.
- 2Ability to build rapport with guests and handle complaints calmly.
- 3Strong organizational skills for managing reservations and room assignments.
- 4Excellent written and verbal communication skills for phone and in-person interactions.
- 5Proficiency with Windows and basic office software; Opera PMS training a plus.
- 6Flexibility to work weekends and holidays on rotating shifts.
