Overview
You own the guest journey from the door to the game floor at a Puttshack venue in Houston. You greet every guest with energy, check them in, and guide them through the space. Your work sets the tone for a fun, elevated mini golf and dining experience. You team up with hosts, servers, and game floor staff to keep the flow smooth. This role is about bringing your personality to every shift and making guests feel welcome.
What You'll Do8
- 1Greet guests with a warm welcome and positive energy as they enter the venue.
- 2Check in reservations and guide guests to seating areas with menus.
- 3Assist guests with gameplay check-in at the kiosks.
- 4Manage the cloakroom: check in and retrieve guests' belongings.
- 5Answer questions and resolve issues with a friendly demeanor.
- 6Keep the reception, cloakroom, and guest services areas clean and organized.
- 7Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines, including OSHA standards.
- 8Support team members with side-work, opening, and closing duties.

- 118+ years old to apply.
- 2Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or related field.
- 3High standards of guest service.
- 4Good communication skills and ability to problem solve.
- 5Friendly and upbeat demeanor when interacting with guests and team members.
- 6Ability to stand and walk for an entire shift, move through stairs, uneven or slick surfaces.
- 7Ability to move and lift up to 10 pounds frequently, and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
- 8Work in confined, crowded space with high noise levels and various temperature levels.
