What You'll Do8
- 1Greet guests as they arrive and provide them with a warm welcome
- 2Manage seating arrangements to optimize flow and ensure a pleasant dining experience
- 3Handle cash transactions accurately using the Aloha POS system
- 4Assist guests with inquiries regarding menu items specials and restaurant policies
- 5Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area
- 6Support waitstaff by communicating guest needs effectively and promptly
- 7Address any guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and courtesy
- 8Foster positive guest relations by providing exceptional customer service throughout their visit
Requirements7
- 1Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required
- 2Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and guest interactions
- 3Ability to help guests with inquiries while maintaining a friendly demeanor
- 4Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- 5Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- 6Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently
