Overview
You own the guest experience at Tommy's Express Car Wash, greeting customers, guiding wash package choices, and keeping the site spotless. You work with a tight-knit team on a POS and CRM system, rotating through lobby, vacuum, and tunnel stations. What You'll Do8
- 1Greet each guest with a smile and walk them through wash packages using the 4-step presentation.
- 2Explain membership benefits and perks in a low-pressure way, helping guests choose the best fit.
- 3Keep the lobby, vacuum area, and tunnel clean, stocked, and safe, using checklists and safety protocols.
- 4Monitor for equipment issues and report them to leadership within the hour.
- 5Resolve guest concerns on the spot, turning complaints into positive memories.
- 6Rotate through stations, supporting teammates to hit site goals for guest experience and membership growth.
- 7Complete the daily cash reconciliation and balance the register drawer.
- 8Clean service pit and climb an 8-foot ladder to wipe down high surfaces.
Requirements7
- 11+ year in customer service, retail, or hospitality role.
- 2High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3Ability to stand and move for 8-hour shifts and lift 50 lbs.
- 4Comfortable with POS and tablet systems for membership sign-ups.
- 5Flexible schedule including weekends and some evenings.
- 6Reliable transportation to Phoenixville, PA.
- 7At least 16 years old.
