Home Team Associate, Retail Support & Customer Service
Overview
You will greet customers on the salesfloor, assist with merchandise selection, and keep home displays organized. You will work part-time onsite at Walmart Supercenter in Goodyear, AZ, contributing to a positive shopping experience at scale. You will collaborate with store teams and adapt to shifting mid and closing shifts.
What You'll Do5
- 1Build rapport with customers and recommend merchandise based on wants and needs
- 2Maintain and straighten Home displays to ensure organized and attractive presentation
- 3Assist customers on the salesfloor and direct them to products and services
- 4Support checkout and store operations during mid and closing shifts
- 5Contribute to a clean, safe, and compliant workplace in line with company policies
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2Available for part-time hours including mid-shift and closing shifts
- 3Ability to stand, walk, and lift light merchandise across shifts
- 4Commitment to a drug-free workplace and safety policies
- 5Willingness to engage with customers and follow guidance from store leadership
