Overview
Assists customers with courteous, efficient checkout and product guidance at Walgreens. Delivers friendly service, answers questions, and resolves issues to ensure a positive in-store experience. Supports inventory, merchandising, and store operations while upholding policy and asset protection. Works with team to maintain clean, well organized displays and assist with photo services and web-pickup orders. This temporary role offers flexible scheduling and on-site engagement at a fast-moving retail location.
What You'll Do5
- 1Builds rapport with customers at the register and during assistive moments to drive satisfaction.
- 2Designs and delivers helpful experiences through proactive product recommendations and service traits.
- 3Lead customer issue resolution to restore positive perception and trust within the store.
- 4Ship and process purchases, returns, and exchanges with accuracy while maintaining store standards.
- 5Own stock management tasks including shelving, pricing, resets, and inventory counts.

- 1Clear English communication and reading/writing proficiency
- 2Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- 3Prior retail experience preferred
- 4Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
