Home Inspection Officer, Behavioral Health Ops & Compliance
Overview
The role owns on-site home visits and inspections for developmental home operations across Arizona, ensuring compliance with state standards and coordinating between field operations and administration. You will work a flexible schedule, travel, and manage records and schedules to support quality assurance. What You'll Do7
- 1Build and conduct routine home visits and facility inspections to ensure compliance and quality
- 2Organize and maintain digital and physical records and schedules for compliance tasks
- 3Draft reports and meeting summaries to support operational planning
- 4Support internal audits and assist with documentation for state and internal reviews
- 5Coordinate inspection schedules to ensure timely and accurate client visits and provider support
- 6Use Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and communication to track progress
- 7Assist with operational planning activities and performance tracking
Requirements5
- 1High School Diploma or GED
- 2Must be at least 21 years old
- 3Minimum of 2 years in a professional office environment
- 4Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- 5Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office technologies
Salary Insight
$35 - $37k per year
