What You'll Do10
- 1Collaborate with Intake/Referrals Marketing and Corporate Teams to align efforts and drive results
- 2Lead community outreach initiatives including presentations campaigns and events
- 3Develop and execute marketing and sales plans to promote census growth enhance recognition and increase referrals
- 4Build and nurture relationships with physicians hospitals discharge planners senior living facilities and key stakeholders
- 5Oversee home health referral process working with DPCS Clinical Supervisor and Administrator
- 6Establish professional connections with decision makers and referral sources
- 7Conduct marketing assessments monitor effectiveness and provide cost efficiency reports
- 8Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations for all marketing outreach and enrollment
- 9Maintain and update marketing materials presentations and policies
- 10Be available weekends for urgent inquiries
Requirements7
- 13+ years field sales experience preferred
- 21+ year sales or marketing experience in home health preferred
- 3Track record of exceeding sales targets and growing territories
- 4Valid driver's license
- 5Associate Degree or equivalent
- 6Ability to strategize plan and execute
- 7Enjoys relationship building and networking
