- 4Follow-up on Requests From the PCP for Services
- 5Contact and Receive Authorizations from Insurance Company
- 6Contact Clinicians PTs OTs STs to Schedule Services
- 7Request Home Health Orders From PCPUs and Hospitals
- 8Review Charts for Procedural Accuracy and Efficiency
- 9Receive and Forward Faxes to Correct Departments
- 10Confirm Patient PCPs
- 11Assist Patients with Questions Comments or Concerns
- 12Develop Good Working Relationships with PCP Staff and Insurance Companies

- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2CPC Card certification
- 3BCBA credential
- 45+ years constructing ETL pipelines using Spark and Airflow
- 53-5 seasons leading clinical teams
