Home Care Services Coordinator
Overview
Presbyterian Homes & Services - St. Andrew`s Village seeks a Home Care Services Coordinator to schedule and coordinate Resident Assistants and Resident Aides in Assisted Living assist with hiring data entry office support and coordinate billing for home care services. Schedule Monday Wednesday Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm (32 hours/week). Reports directly to the Clinical Administrator. This community offers a quiet residential neighborhood with amenities such as heated off-street parking discounted employee meals and free fitness center access. Located near White Bear Lake North St. Paul Lake Elmo and Stillwater.
What You'll Do14
- 1Assist with onboarding new Resident Assistants and Resident Aides as designated
- 2Coordinate orientation of Resident Assistants and Resident Aides
- 3Develop and implement Resident Assistant work schedules
- 4Communicate performance concerns educational needs and development opportunities to supervisors
- 5Provide input to performance evaluations
- 6Implement staffing patterns and schedules meeting resident care needs and financial goals
- 7Serve on-call for staffing needs as required
- 8Maintain accurate staffing documentation including attendance tracking
- 9Submit staffing statistical data to supervisors according to timelines
- 10Provide clerical support for the Home Care function
- 11Coordinate and complete home care billing for services provided to residents
- 12Maintain inventory billing and distribution of supplies and equipment
- 13Prepare and maintain accurate payroll information for the clinical function
- 14Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Proven leadership qualities problem solving organizational skills ability to coordinate work of others
- 3Demonstrated computer proficiency including word processing and other computer experience
- 4Compatibility with PHS mission and operating philosophies
- 5Ability to read write speak and understand English to communicate with customers
