Halcyon Home seeks a dependable organized compassionate Care Coordinator Overnight Receptionist to join our Home Care team in Austin Texas. This position supports daily operations coordinates client care maintains accurate records and serves as an important point of contact for clients families caregivers and community partners. It is an overnight role requiring alertness responsiveness and professionalism.
What You'll Do16
- 1Coordinate and document client schedules schedule changes incidents and other client related information accurately and in a timely manner
- 2Coordinate care with management caregivers clients families and other members of the care team
- 3Respond to client family caregiver and agency needs professionally and promptly
- 4Monitor staffing and scheduling needs and communicate concerns or changes to the appropriate team members
- 5Conduct client file audits and identify and correct discrepancies
- 6Maintain accurate electronic and paper records
- 7Answer and manage a multi line telephone system and appropriately direct calls and messages
- 8Monitor agency communication systems including phone email Teams and other communication platforms
- 9Receive document and communicate call offs schedule changes incidents and other important information
- 10Provide clerical and administrative support including data entry filing copying and preparation of packets and special projects
- 11Communicate effectively with clients families caregivers community liaisons physicians and other healthcare professionals
- 12Maintain strict confidentiality of client employee and agency information
- 13Provide excellent customer service and represent Halcyon Home professionally and positively
- 14Support the agency mission values policies and commitment to quality care
- 15Participate in required training education staff meetings and in services
- 16Perform other duties as assigned to support clients and agency operations
Requirements12
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience in home care or similar field
- 3Highly organized and detail oriented
- 4Dependent and able to work independently
- 5Comfortable working overnight hours
- 6Effective communicator
- 7Professional and compassionate when interacting with clients and families
- 8Comfortable handling multiple priorities at once
- 9Able to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
- 10Proficient with computers and electronic documentation systems
- 11Able to problem solve and make appropriate decisions within established policies and procedures
- 12Committed to providing excellent customer service and quality client care
