Requirements11
- 15+ years managing chronic conditions with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading CPC Card certified teams
- 3Valid driver’s license and comprehensive auto insurance
- 4Background check clearance required
- 5CNA license preferred but not mandatory
- 6Home Health Aide certification valued
- 7Strong English proficiency for client communication
- 8Ability to operate React based care coordination platforms
- 9Familiarity with AWS cloud systems for remote monitoring
- 10Experience with Kubernetes for healthcare data management
